Fairfield, Maine-There are many heavy hearts today our beloved Avery is no longer with us. Avery was the beautiful daughter of her dad Jody Lane and step-mom Nicole Knight of Clinton, Maine and her mom Tabitha Souzer and step-dad Jason Souzer of Fairfield, Maine; and her siblings Riley, Connor, Izaac, Karma, Ayden. Avery was six years old and attended Benton Elementary School where she was a first grader. Avery was the epitome of a sweet carefree loving child. Upon meeting Avery for the first time it would take her all of five minutes to have someone wrapped around her little finger and to be her best friend for life. Avery loved school and had recently received student of the week honors. The school will be having a yearly honor in her memory. Avery had a contagious smile and a twinkle in her eyes that would melt your heart. Avery was also the most selfless considerate child, very often when she got something she would ask for more, not for herself but for her siblings because she didn't want them to feel left out. Avery loved animals and they loved her. Even the most skittish of cats would let her pet them. Avery was always happiest when spending time with family. She also loved to read, enjoyed swimming, music and riding her bike. Avery touched so many people’s lives and was loved by so many people. We will all miss her dearly. Avery's light will live on through her very large family, great grandparents, Sherwood and Betty Small, Ruth Pinkham and Hazel Lane; grandparents Jeff and Deborah Boudreau, Kirby and Brenda Pinkham, Leroy and Peggie Lane, and Sharon Lane, and Daryl and Pam Souzer; aunts and uncles Tiffany and Rene Schneider, Josh and Brandy Pinkham, K.J.
