Eleanor L. Cammett Obituary (1920 - 2013)

Albion, Maine-Eleanor L. Cammett, 92, of Albion, Maine, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin in Auburn, Maine. She was born in Canton, Maine on August 21, 1920, the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Olive Isabelle (Delano) Gammon. She graduated from Canton High School, class of 1938 and Bliss College. She married David Timberlake who passed away on June 14, 1970, and later married A. Leslie Cammett who passed away on June 20, 1999. She resided in Gray, Maine from 1975 to 2003 before she moved to Albion, Maine to live with her daughter. She was a member of the Gray Congregational Church. Eleanor loved to volunteer at various places, was an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her son, Joseph Timberlake and his wife Karen of Canton, Maine, and her daughter Isabelle Touchette and companion Robert Whitney of Albion, Maine; a step-son Gene Cammett and his wife Joanne of Ohio; six grandchildren, Mike Timberlake and his wife Missy of Canton, Maine, Kathy Walker and her husband Rob of Canton, Maine, Barry Touchette of Thorndike, Maine, Warren Touchette and his wife Kim of Canaan, Maine, Leslie Murphy and her husband Mike, and Tara Cammett of MA; 11 great grandchildren, Ashley Walker, Grace Timberlake, Mason and Kyle Touchette, Megan Pearl, Amanda, Ashley, Amy, and Amba Rivard, and Connor and Brandon Murphy; five great great grandchildren Julie, Caty, Anna, Juliana, and Ayden Rivard; and three nieces Janice Tucker and family of Buckfield, Maine, Mary Hayford and her husband Arthur and family of Livermore, Maine, and Laura Allen and family of Canton, Maine.
