Fairfield, ME – Ellese Goodwin went to be with her family in heaven on Saturday, October 13. She passed away on the land she was born 86 years ago on December 27, 1931. She was the daughter of Theodore and Evelyn (Hinkley) Hall.\r\n\r\nShe worked at Maine Spinning, Wyandatte, and Cascade Woolen Mill. Her hobby was knitting; making sweaters, socks, mittens, and gloves which we still have today. \r\n\r\nShe was predeceased by her parents, Theodore and Evelyn; her husband, Forrest; a son, David; great-granddaughter, Jade; two sisters, Christine Hall, and Faylene Salisbury; and a brother, Duncan Hall.\r\n \r\nShe is survived by a daughter, Sheila Proctor and her husband, Donald; her sons, Forrest (Dick) and his companion, Tammy Hageman, Lynn, Arthur and his companion, Barbara Barrows, and Brian and his companion, Lisa LeBrenton; and two step-children, George and his wife, Katy and Wyman and his wife, Verna. \r\n \r\nShe also leaves behind her grandchildren, Angela and her husband, Mike, Forrest (Teddy) Goodwin, Drena and her husband, Jeremy Byers, Julie Goodwin, Jeremy Goodwin, Joseph (J.D.) Goodwin and his wife, Katie, and Christopher Goodwin; along with many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.\r\n\r\nVisiting hours will be at Lawry Brothers Funeral Home, 107 Main St. in Fairfield, ME Wednesday, October 17 from 6 pm-8 pm. Funeral services will be at the Church of Latter-day Saints in Skowhegan, ME at 233 Malbons Mills Road Thursday, October 18 at 11 am.
