September 18, 2012 Oakland: Fay M. Dow 84 died Monday September 17, 2012 at Oak Grove Living Center in Waterville. She was born in Seattle, Washington on September 28, 1927 the daughter of Kenneth and Annie (Laurie) McNally. Fay graduated high school and earned her Associates Degree in Healthcare. Fay s life was her family. She at one time worked as coordinator for the Meals on Wheels at Muskie Center in Waterville. Surviving are her husband of 33 years, Robert E. Dow of Waterville, her children, Fred, Richard, Lisa, Susan, and Margaret, her grandchildren Peter, Jesse and Benjamin.
