Fremont G. Kimball Obituary (1925 - 2013)

Fremont G. Kimball, 88, of Albion, Maine, passed Monday, September 9, 2013, at the home of Chris and Wendy Alexander where he resided since October 22, 2012. He was born on March 18, 1925, at Harding Road, Albion, Maine, to Raymond and Nellie (Gordon) Kimball. He was employed by McCorisson Cole Pontiac of Thorndike, Maine until opening his own Auto Body Shop at Harding Road, Albion, Maine in 1972. Fremont enjoyed the quiet, working in the woods, cutting wood, watching wildlife and birds, and car rides. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Byron and Allen; and sister-in-law Louise. He is survived by cousins, Marilyn (Malcolm) Turner of Jay, Maine, and their children and families, Mark, Michael, Molly and Maurine; Lynton (Diane) Robinson of Chesterville, Maine, their children and families, Dean, Dayne and Darrell; Eugene Toothaker of Ellsworth, Maine and his children and families, Allen, Jeffery and Scott; Judy (Bruce) Dike of Wilton, Maine; Clinton Robinson of Farmington, Maine; Clifton (Rita) Glidden of Vassalboro, Maine; and foster sister Beatrice (Bert) Skinner of Belfast, Maine, and special friends. A graveside committal service will be held on Wednesday, September 11, at 11am at the Franklin Cemetery in Vienna, Maine, with the MaineGeneral Chaplain Julianne Bousquet officiating. A gathering will follow at Malcolm and Marilyn Turner´s home in Jay, Maine.
