Oakland: Raymond P. Trask 82, died Tuesday June 19, 2012 at Sandy River Center in Farmington. He was born in North Augusta on July 25, 1929 the son of Richard and Anna (Fog) Trask. He attended local schools and received his GED from Waterville High School, later attending Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute. For Oil Burner Service. Raymond was employed by the Wyndott Woolen Mill in Waterville and Cascade Woolen Mill in Oakland. He worked in oil burner service for Peter s Gas and Oil Company. Raymond drove bus for Community Action in the Waterville area. He worked as a security guard for Nason s Security before going on his own and working security for McDonalds. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, motorcycling and tinkering around the house. Surviving are 2 sons, Jimmy and Perry Trask, 3 sisters Marion Pressey, Della Trask, and Priscilla Trask, 4 brothers Ronald Trask, Chester Trask, Timothy Trask, and Arthur Trask, several grand children and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be 10:00 AM on Wednesday June 27 at Lewis Cemetery, Cottle Road Oakland. Arrangements are by Wheeler Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Oakland.
