Waterville, Maine-Shirley Mae Inman, 83, formerly of Clinton, Maine, passed away on July 18, 2012, at Lakewood Continuing Care Center in Waterville, Maine. She was born in Dexter, Maine on May 16, 1929, the daughter of the late Buster and Abigail (Clukey) Peavey. She married Charlie C. Inman on August 25, 1968, and they have shared 43 wonderful years together. She was a member of the Clinton Baptist Church in Clinton, Maine. She enjoyed cooking, vegetable and flower gardening, knitting and crocheting, reading, and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was also a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was predeceased by four sons, John Hubbard, Jr., Michael Killam, Sr., Kevin Killam, and Barry Killam; two grandchildren, Angela Hubbard, and Michael Killam, II. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Charlie Inman; her children Bruce Hubbard and his wife Jane of Unity, Maine, Chris Killam, Sr., and his wife Beverly of Benton, Maine, Patsy LaBrie of Waterville, Maine, Stephen Killam, Sr. and his wife Robin of Clinton, Maine, Gary Killam, Sr. of Westbrook, Maine, Lindy Killam of Clinton, Maine, and Paul Killam, Sr. of Clinton, Maine; her brother Theron Micue and his wife Rose of Clinton, Maine; and many grandchildren, and several great grandchildren; and a nephew. The family would like to thank Lakewood for all their loving care. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 21, at 2p.m. at Falls Cemetery in Benton, Maine, with the Rev. Robert Philbrick officiating.
